Description
Electrolytic Aluminum Multifunctional Crane is a kind of overhead travelling crane, which is a heavy-duty lifting equipment, specially designed for pre-baked anode electrolytic aluminum production line. It is mainly used for core process operations such as anode replacement, busbar lifting, electrolyzer overhaul, and material lifting in the electrolysis workshop.
The equipment needs to operate stably under the harsh environment of high temperature (more than 80℃ around the electrolyzer), strong magnetic field (magnetic field strength up to 100mT), dusty and corrosive gas containing HF, and it has the special performance of anti-magnetic, heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Aluminum electrolysis multi-functional cranes have a high degree of functional integration and are usually equipped with anode clamping mechanism, striking head devices, residual pole grabs, and other special tools, which can complete a series of operations such as anode group positioning and installation, residual pole cleaning, electrolyte crushing, and so on. Typical application scenarios include electrolyzer overhaul, anode busbar transfer, electrolyzer startup and other production processes.
