This series of cranes uses a hook as the main lifting device, featuring a compact structure, stable and reliable performance, and adaptability to complex and changing working environments at construction sites. The product range covers a wide range of lifting capacities from 5 tons to 800 tons, and can be provided in various structural forms such as single main beam (L-type, C-type) and double main beam (A-type, U-type) according to project requirements, as well as three gantry structure configurations: double cantilever, single cantilever, and no cantilever.
In terms of structural design, the engineering hook gantry cranes follow a modular design concept. The bridge frame adopts a box-shaped welded structure, characterized by high rigidity, low deformation, and strong load-bearing capacity. High-strength alloy steel material: The hooks are forged from high-strength alloy steels such as 34CrMoV, 42CrMo, and 35CrMo. Precision forging ensures excellent grain flow, minimizing stress points and extending fatigue life under repeated heavy loads.
Rigorous safety testing: Each hook undergoes non-destructive testing (magnetic particle inspection, dye penetrant testing) and verification load testing (typically 1.5 to 2 times the rated load) to ensure structural integrity complies with international safety standards such as ISO 4301, FEM 1.001, ASME B30.10, and GB/T 10051.1.
High safety factor: The design safety margin exceeds minimum regulatory requirements, with a minimum safety factor of 4:1, and 5:1 or higher for high-level applications.
Highly Reliable Crane System

Bridge System: Utilizing a box-shaped welded structure, the steel plates undergo shot blasting pretreatment. Main welds are achieved through submerged arc welding and are subjected to ultrasonic and X-ray non-destructive testing to ensure welding quality.
Trolley Traveling Mechanism: Employing separate drive mechanisms, equipped with hardened gear reducers and 65Mn forged wheels, offering strong load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, and excellent wear resistance.
Advanced Control System: The hoisting, luffing, and slewing mechanisms can operate independently or in combination. The operator's cab is equipped with an intelligent Chinese "Status Monitoring and Control Panel," enabling fault monitoring, dynamic monitoring of operating status, and providing dynamic graphic and textual displays. It also features safety information alarms and lubrication and maintenance management assistance functions.
