Description
The Weihua L-type electric hoist gantry crane is an economical lifting device launched by Weihua Group for the light and medium-sized material handling market. It is used in conjunction with wire rope electric hoists of models such as CD1 and MD1, and is a small to medium-sized rail-mounted gantry crane. Named for its inverted "L"-shaped outriggers, this product is a classic model in the L-type single-girder gantry crane family, perfectly combining the lightweight advantages of a single-girder structure with the ingenious design of the L-shaped outriggers in terms of overall height.
This product is a general-purpose crane with a lifting capacity ranging from 5 to 10 tons (main hook), a suitable span of 12 to 30 meters, a maximum lifting height of 12 meters, and a working class of A5. It is suitable for working environments from -20℃ to +40℃. The product can be widely used for loading, unloading, or grabbing materials in open-air freight yards, warehouses, and along railway lines.
In terms of structural design, the L-type electric hoist gantry crane adopts a single main beam off-center box girder structure. The gantry mainly consists of a main beam, two legs (one rigid and one flexible design is used when the span is ≥30m), a trolley running track, and a lower crossbeam connected by high-strength bolts. The L-shaped leg design makes the overall height of the machine lower for the same lifting height requirement, effectively saving costs and making it particularly suitable for working environments with height restrictions.
