QC Electromagnetic Overhead Crane in Vietnam Steel Plant
This is a QC electromagnetic overhead crane with a magnet cap. It has a capacity of 50t/10t and is specifically designed to suck steel items into the iron smelting furnace. Additionally, there is a 100t/32t YZ overhead crane for foundry which is exported to Vietnam.
In strict accordance with the customer’s requirements, we have meticulously arranged professional engineers and highly experienced technicians to provide complimentary on-site guidance regarding the installation of the crane on the stipulated date. They will assist the customer in conducting on-site crane adjustments, guide the load testing and debugging processes, and also offer comprehensive training to the customer. Each overhead crane is accompanied by a detailed instruction manual, and we are also capable of arranging remote technical guidance as needed.

– Robust Bearing Capacity: The overhead crane exhibits an extremely robust bearing capacity, enabling it to effortlessly handle the lifting and transportation of iron and other magnetic materials, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency.
– Electromagnetic Disk Design: The QC overhead bridge crane with a magnet is equipped with a detachable electromagnetic disk. When the current is connected, the electromagnet can firmly attract steel objects. Conversely, when the current is cut off, the magnetism vanishes, allowing the objects to be safely placed down. This design confers upon the electromagnetic overhead crane enhanced efficiency in handling magnetic materials.
– Flexible Control: By introducing the new generation of electronic control technology, remote intelligent control can be achieved. This not only augments the efficiency of the equipment but also alleviates the labor intensity of the operators.
